Softball Business League (SBL)
The Softball Business League is a great introduction to softball with combination of coaching and game play ideally suited to beginners. Over the last number of years the SBL has proved to be a great hit with a host of companies.

Played over a 6 week period during the season usually on Thursday evenings the SBL covers an introduction to the basic skills required to play softball e.g. batting, throwing and fielding. This is then followed by game play against the other teams in the League. A mentor/coach is provided for each team to help you throughout the game.
